Tomás is CEO of Hereworks and Managing Director of the McKeon Group. Tomás’s expertise are in IP Networks, Automation and RF Engineering. His strong management and strategic skills led him to his roles as senior director and founder of several Internet Service Providers (ISP's). Tomás has extensive knowledge and expertise in multiple technical areas and is a member of the Institute of Engineers Ireland (MIEI). As a leader who is constantly driving innovation, Tomás’s CPD is endless, with certificates and qualifications in Crestron, Extron, Cisco (CCNA), Alvarion and several business management courses, including the Plato Programme & Enterprise Ireland ‘4 Growth’ programmes. Tomás concentrates on the sustainable growth, strategic partnerships and international expansion of Hereworks around the globe. Tomás will remain in his role as Group Managing Director of the McKeon Group while overseeing the sustainable growth of Hereworks.

Stephen Lyons, our Chief Operating Officer (COO), has a wealth of industry experience and knowledge in managing operations and business planning at a senior level. Stephen leads the expansion and development of Hereworks, with overall responsibility for the commercial aspects of the company as well as developing business strategy, process improvement, talent acquisition, client liaison, personnel management and project execution.

Clíona Molloy (BBS Hons, MBS in Safety and Health at Work, CMIOSH) is a Director at Hereworks and the McKeon Group. An IOSH chartered member, she is very experienced in managing the role of PSCS. As company Director, Clíona has played a key role in developing Hereworks and the McKeon Group as a leading player in the construction, and services industries. In addition to her responsibility for overseeing Hereworks Health and Safety Policy, Clíona has been instrumental in developing quality systems and maintaining ISO Quality Accreditation. Cliona is also responsible for HR and contract administration and is dedicated to ensuring the group deliver superior customer service built on quality systems, delivered safely.

Paul Lynch, a professional with extensive experience as a strategic advisor to the Group over nearly four years, assumes a new and esteemed role as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors. This appointment comes at an exciting juncture as the company embarks on the next phase of its sustainable growth. Drawing upon his rich background in diverse sectors such as construction and technology, Paul brings a wealth of expertise. His deep understanding of these industries, coupled with his values that closely align with those of McKeon Group, positions him exceptionally well to oversee the board's activities and ensure its optimal performance. With Paul at the helm, the Board of Directors can rely on his astute guidance and accountability. He is committed to upholding the highest standards and driving the company towards continued success. As McKeon Group embraces this new chapter, the entire organisation eagerly anticipates the positive impact of Paul's leadership on its future endeavours.

Stephen brings a unique combination of skills and experience to his role. With 20 years experience in the Electrical industry in Project Management, Controls and Design, Stephen is passionate about the role digital technologies can play in optimising design, construction and occupier experience of building services and the built environment. He is currently Chair of CIBSE Ireland where he works to promote best practice and a focus on emerging construction technologies. He has also recently achieved SmartScore AP accreditation giving him recognition globally as a leader in digital connectivity and smart technology.

Paul McKenna is the Sales and Marketing Director for McKeon Group, with 20 years’ experience in project services as a qualified electrician and experienced project manager, he now heads up our business development and marketing department. Paul plays a lead role in acquiring and winning new business for the group. Paul provides a platform for sustainable growth by developing key relationships, identifying new routes to market, testing the current client experience, introducing change based on data analysis and trend identification in both sales and operations. With responsibility for all marketing activity, Paul has a strong focus on "Out to In" innovative solutions, ensuring the messaging and direction of Hereworks informs, and is aligned with the needs of our clients.

Dan is Hereworks' UK Regional Director based in our offices in The Bradfield Centre, Cambridge. He is an industry-renowned Consultant and Technologist within Workspace Technology and Smart Building. As a regular speaker and contributor for multiple industry publications, Dan has a proven track record of enabling businesses to achieve their goals and aspirations through technology projects and programmes by delivering highly innovative real estate technology projects. Dan focuses on offering clients seamless & inclusive user experiences, offering excellent ROI and exemplary service levels.

Julie is the Product Manager for Hereworks Happy, the app that will change modern workplaces for companies who care about their people. Julie has over 12 years experience in customer-focused product design and user experience. At Hereworks she is currently researching the way facilities teams interface with the data generated by buildings and their occupiers. She uses this research to develop the best user experience for people using Hereworks' IoT dashboards, for software and web applications. This helps them to be more efficient and productive in their work.

Leslie is the Operations Manager for Hereworks with over 30+ years’ experience in the AV industry. He is an integral part of the Hereworks management team and has been instrumental in building one of the best installation and integration teams in the industry. As well as day-to-day operations, he works closely with the senior management team to drive business strategy and development.

Gemma Kerley (BBS Hons Marketing and eBusiness) is an experienced Marketing Manager who has worked in multiple industries, including Lighting, SaaS, Manufacturing and Construction. She brings a wealth of knowledge from marketing strategy to digital marketing to the team. She has our client's wants and needs always at the forefront of her mind and will strive to satisfy them. She particularly enjoys Digital Marketing as it allows her to analyse the results in real-time and test new ways to improve them, not unlike our MSI software.

Barry is a Project Manager with extensive experience working with AV projects. He is a hardworking, reliable and flexible individual who is well able to self-motivate in order to complete a job to the highest standard. Barry acts as an interface between the client and installation teams, ensuring installation and commissioning happen in a safe and timely manner exceeding the client expectations.

Anup Dambal is an accomplished Sales and Account Executive with a robust AV/Smart Building background. With over five years of hands-on experience, Anup has been instrumental in driving strategic partnerships and fostering growth opportunities within the sector. Known for his innovative approach to client relations, Anup has consistently leveraged expertise in AV Technologies and Smart Building solutions to craft tailored strategies that align with clients' needs. His adeptness in identifying and translating emerging market trends into actionable business initiatives has been pivotal in securing and cultivating key client relationships. With a blend of technical understanding and a strategic business mindset, Anup remains at the forefront of forging new business opportunities and driving forward-thinking initiatives in the ever-evolving AV and Smart Building realm.
