AV and Digital Communication System

Transport Infrastructure Ireland was renovating their offices and executive space which required a new AV and digital communication system. With this purpose in mind, they wanted to collaborate, present, and interact with their workspace technology effortlessly in the boardroom, collaboration space, and training room settings.

The first step, as always, was to meet the team at TII and find out exactly what a typical day's work would involve. We learned what technologies they were currently using to facilitate boardroom meetings, video conferencing and presentations. Therefore, we understood the client's current technology infrastructure and work requirements. Hereworks proposed a number of updates that we knew could bring a lot of value to the TII workspace.

With this in mind, a state-of-the-art boardroom technology system was provided for TII. This included HD Wide-Screen Panasonic Displays, Crestron touch panels, Poly (Polycom) microphones, and a Bose speaker system. We also added a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Barco Clickshare wireless presentation device. To cap it all off, we installed a motorized VC camera with remote control.

With “one touch” to join, the team at TII can now use their boardroom, meeting room, and break-out area to present. This content automatically appears on the 4k display so that whoever is using the room can log in immediately.
