What’s the opportunity? (Role)
We are currently seeking an ambitious, self-motivated, hard-working individual to join the Hereworks Team as an AV Installation Technician. You will report to our Project Manager and will be responsible as part of the wider team for the installation and servicing of all systems that Hereworks provide. This position requires a team player capable of completing project installation, troubleshooting, and training while adhering to company policies and procedures. This will be a rewarding and challenging career opportunity for the right individual.

What will you be doing? (Responsibilities)
- Installing and commissioning Audio Visual and IT Equipment including but not limited to the following: Flat Screens/Projectors/Video Conferencing, Control Systems, Interactive Displays, Digital Signage Systems
- Performing all tasks within the installation process while maintaining a clean and professional environment as part of a team. On the Job training will be provided
- Full compliance with company and customer safety systems
What do you need? (Requirements)
- Ideally Experience in either Commercial or Residential Audio Visual Integration but on the job training will be provided
- Interest in Technology, Computers etc
- Ability to use basic hand tools, Drill, Screw Guns etc
- Basic Knowledge of MS Word, Excel etc
- Knowledge of equipment manufactured by Crestron, Extron, Panasonic and Kramer or similar companies would be an advantage
Desired but not essential
- Satellite and Telecoms Installation Experience or IP Connectivity (Networks) Experience or IT / Computer Science / Electronics Degree would be an advantage
- Full Clean Driving Licence (Desirable)
- Own Transport would be an advantage, the majority of our projects are within the confines of the M50 and generally reachable by Public Transport.

- Excellent organisation and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Practicalities
Salary: Depending on Experience
Working Hours: 8:00 – 16:30 40 Hour Working Week
Annual Leave: 21 Days Annual Holidays (Increasing to 23 days after 2 years’ service)
Location: On Site- ROI, Predominantly Dublin (M50 Catchment)
