BDO's search for unique meeting spaces led them to Hereworks for an innovative design to meet their AV integration project needs. The project included the installation of six Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), a giant LED wall and three interconnected rooms that can be utilised individually or combined for larger meetings to provide the greatest possible experience to end users. Crestron: Unleashing the Power of Seamless AV System Integration for BDO

The team from Hereworks chose Crestron Solutions to provide seamless control and efficient management of the AV systems. Crestron booking panels with illuminated kits was a significant component in this decision. These screens beautifully show room availability, glowing green when available and red when reserved.

Improving Meeting Room Efficiency with innovative AV, MM30 System integration

The team decided that the Crestron MM30 Touch Panel would best serve the client's needs as the central control hub for the AV system in one of the six conference rooms. The MM30 system, which includes a HDMI setup for presentations and occupancy sensors, starts automatically upon entrance, delivering real-time input on room usage and occupancy levels—an invaluable tool for customers.

Collaboration Power: Dual Room Setup with Huddly IQ Camera

The three interconnected rooms can function independently or as one large integrated space, exemplifying the collaborative nature of meetings. This innovative AV integration project provides excellent audiovisual quality and versatility with a dual-screen system, Crestron device control, a Shure MXA920 microphone, a QSC core 110, and four ceiling-mounted Crestron speakers.

Transitioning Easily Between Room Configurations

The Crestron system makes it simple to go from a small meeting room to a sizeable three-room setup. When the doors are opened, the AV system detects the change and alters the environment automatically. In conjunction with Crestron sensors, a large Crestron touch panel on the wall activates Panasonic projectors, followed by descending projection screens—creating an immersive and flexible atmosphere.

This innovative AV Integration project's success depended on the harmonic integration of cutting-edge technology to meet the client's requirements. BDO now has multi-purpose rooms that satisfy different needs without compromise by combining functionalities such as touch panels on tables for smaller meetings and giant touch panels for the combined space.
