Essential Services Support and Emergency Call-Out Details

30/03/2020

On Friday March 27th, An Taoiseach informed the country of the next stage in the national emergency response, announcing additional protective measures to tackle the Covid-19 pandemic in Ireland. Workers must stay at home in all circumstances except where work is an essential health, social care or other essential services that cannot be done from home. Minister for Health Simon Harris, has further stated that Construction work is not deemed an essential service unless it is to support those essential services.

Hereworks are proud to continue to provide critical and reactive service requirements to our clients as they make the necessary preparations for the next stages of this emergency. All non-essential works have ceased and sites are now closed for the duration of the “stay at home” order.

We will continue to monitor the situation and advise of any changes to the current circumstances. Hereworks remains in operation albeit with all staff working remotely and will continue to support those essential service works, during this period.

Please do not hesitate to contact our automated helpdesk to log an emergency response call and we will be in touch to make the necessary arrangements;
